Holding Steady in the Waves is a 6-session group that offers supportive and collaborative space for individuals navigating perimenopause. Together we will process feelings of overwhelm, confusion, hope, and uncertainty as we explore what it means to enter this new stage of life. Do you feel that suddenly you are being heavily marketed to and with promises of how to "optimize" this moment? Whether you are a perimenopause expert or someone just moving through this stage with curiosity, together we will meet, laugh, and commiserate and hopefully, find greater space for self kindness, too.
